Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of your order, if this is not possible we will contact you with an explanation for the delay and provide an alternative dispatch date, if this is not satisfactory and you would rather cancel the order we will be happy to refund any payments.


 If you are not happy with your purchase because it is damaged, faulty or in any way not as described then you are entitled to a full refund including the original postage (If returned within 14 days) However if you have simply changed your mind then we would expect items to be returned in their original condition and packaging, you would then receive a full refund not including the return postage costs.
